Residential
Soil, stains, bacteria and mopping – yes mopping – will gradually darken your grout and tiled surfaces, sometimes only in a year or two.
By use of a truck-mounted cleaning plant, we employ a no-mess, high-pressure, 230 degree hot water cleaning process that melts away years of soil, grease, oils and residues to instantly sanitize the surface in a few short hours.
New grout?
All cementitious grout should be sealed. Grout is very porous and and will stain rather easily unless it’s properly sealed. Sealing your grout will help prevent staining and discoloration due to spill and over mopping. Your tile will still get dirty but it’s easier to clean. The best time to seal si right after new grout installation.
Old grout?
Regrouting is notthe best or only answer; it is expensive, messy and can take several days. Instead, have Tile Care Inc. COLOR SEAL your grout.

Our Cleaning Process
We use a unique 6-step cleaning process utilizing state-of-the-art equipment combined with extensive industry training to produce extraordinary results.
Our tile cleaning process consists of:
A thorough inspection of the surface with a written report to include such things as type of substrate, condition of install, listing of any flaws and their probable causes, and our recommendations.
- Apply an alkaline cleaning solution to surface and allow it to dwell 10-20 minutes to emulsify soil.
- Scrub grout lines with a stiff bristle brush to loosen soil.
- Power rinse floor using High Pressure Hot Water Extraction, 800-1200 PSI, 220* water, with a fully enclosed tool which immediately extracts the soiled water to a tank in our trailer.
- Spot treat any stains with a low pH cleaning agent and rinse.
- Place air movers to dry the surface.
- Seal/Color Seal Grout.
